Support, resources and further reading
Strengthening workplace wellbeing promotes greater inclusivity and cultural change by raising awareness and improving understanding. Directing colleagues to resources and materials to develop their understanding of the specific experiences of museum professionals of colour is a critical component of this. In addition, there may be a need for museum professionals of colour to access more specific support and care.
