Resources
Your organisation
Your organisation should have policies, procedures, and support in place. For larger museums or museum services you may have an occupational health service or an employee assistance programme in place providing access to health care professionals, counselling, and other resources.
Your trade union
Your trade union will have a lot of experience in dealing with bullying and can provide support and advice about mediation processes, investigations, and may have access to legal advice.
Your professional body
Your professional body may be able to provide signposting and support.
