Empowering Growth: Sustainable Fundraising Strategies
Online, Zoom
Fundraising is an essential survival tool for museums of all shapes and sizes – from nationals to civic to small independents. This event will look at how years of austerity, Covid and rising costs have impacted the fundraising landscape – and explore how museums can face the future with confidence.
Come to this one-day conference to hear:
- The latest approaches and fundraising trends
- The impact of wider societal changes and technological develops on fundraising
- How organisations are using trust and foundation fundraising to support further development
- How to advocate to individual donors – and build longer-lasting relationships with those who give
Delegates will hear practical and innovative approaches and have the opportunity to share their own challenges and success stories with each other.
This event is designed for anyone working in a fundraising or development role as well as managers and staff at smaller museums where there may be no specific fundraising role.
A full programme will be available in due course.
Please note that this event will be recorded and available exclusively to delegates for three months. After that time, it will be made available to members on the Museums Association website.
We aim to present a diverse range of speakers from across the UK and internationally at our one-day conferences. If you are interested in speaking at one of our events, or have a project you’d like to see explored, please tell us more by emailing the events team.
