The Museums Association has submitted a consultation response to the Scottish Parliament’s Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee’s inquiry on Culture in Communities.
Through its inquiry, the committee wants to understand:
In our response we have called for investment from national government to ensure that there is consistent culture provision across local authorities, as well as for culture and heritage to be considered essential amenities under the “20-minute neighbourhood” approach to planning.
