Museum Tech 2025: A Digital Festival for Museums

2 April 2025, 1030-1630 (registration from 0930)

As new technology continues to evolve, and museums grapple with the challenges and opportunities that AI brings, the need for digital literacy and confidence has never been greater.

At the heart of the day is a focus on embedding strategic approaches to technology. Come to Museum Tech and discover…

  • the latest thinking and innovation in digital and technology in museums
  • how museums can use digital tools to engage with audiences
  • how digital products are a tool to achieve wider goals around social impact
  • how best to use technology in audience engagement and collections development
  • ways to ensure efficient behind-the-scenes processes.

Through a mix of provocations, case studies, panel discussions and demonstrations, our popular one-day conference showcases the creative and innovative ways museums are using digital innovations.
